5. Price
5.1. The prices of the items indicated on the website or by e-mail are given without obligation and are subject to change in the event of product updates. The prices indicated, expressed in euros excluding VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the C.G.I.), are those in force at the time of the order. If, for any reason whatsoever, an incorrect price is indicated to the customer when ordering, only the price in force will prevail; in this case, the customer will have the possibility of canceling his order. Only the prices indicated on the "Delivery" page include delivery costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the painting.

6.1. The order on the website is only valid for the billing and delivery addresses located in the countries indicated on the order form.
6.2. Christian Dujardin sends a confirmation email to the Customer immediately after entering the order. This confirmation includes the name of the painting ordered, the specifications of the order, its total amount, invoicing and delivery addresses.
6.3. The order is accepted by Christian Dujardin when it has been confirmed by the Customer on the site and the payment has been validated by Christian Dujardin.
7. Termination
Christian Dujardin reserves the right to return a payment and therefore not to accept an order for any reason whatsoever.
The Customer will be informed by email - sent to the email address of the paypal account used during payment - within seven working days of the order. The non-execution or partial execution of an order does not give the right to any compensation. In this case, no payment will be collected by Christian Dujardin.
8. Payment terms
8.1. Payment is made in full when ordering, in cash, without discount and at the price excluding tax in euros only.

11. Delivery
11.1. Christian Dujardin undertakes, in case of acceptance of an order, to send the painting chosen by the Customer within a maximum period of two weeks. 12. Transfer of ownership
The seller retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the amount of the order. However, upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.
13. Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

17. Force majeure
